Made from 80CRV2, The Cleavo is the perfect middle ground between a traditional meat cleaver and a Chinese-style vegetable cleaver. It has a forged compound geometry with a convex grind toward the edge for food release and edge longevity when chopping bones and tendons, while the thin concave body of the blade allows for slicing veggies and fruits with ease. The handle is made from dyed curly maple wood and features an heirloom tang. Black G10 pins hold it all in place for a lifetime of hard use.
