2 Day Chef's Knife

Location 1Class Description
This class will take course over 2 days and covers every step in the knife making process including design, preform, forging, heat treatment, grinding, tempering, and handling. Students will make a full sized chef's knife with a hardwood Wa handle. Price covers all materials and consumables. Railroad Spike classes run twice per week and can be scheduled through the calendar. All other classes can be scheduled by request in the contact us form.

Cancellation Policy
In order to run a class, we require a minimum of two students. Classes with less than the minimum number of participants will be rescheduled if they have not filled by the 72 hour cancelation period.
